Turn in all forms on or by August 9th, including the $75 fee required by the athletic department. If you are unable to attend Registration Night, print the forms below and turn into the athletic office as soon as you can. (If you missed the Aug 9 deadline, complete the paperwork and get registered before tryouts begin or you will not be able to attend tryouts.)
