It’s time to carbo load! Turn out for the
pre-game pasta party
All are welcome at our annual Pasta Party on Friday, September 12 from 6 to 8 pm ! Players from all teams and their families (parents, caregivers, siblings) are invited to come eat and build team spirit before Super Soccer Saturday. Dinner will be at Corcoran Park in the park building (3334 20th Ave S).
If families are able, players can contribute food for the meal based on their teams. But there is always plenty to eat, so please eat for dinner even if you aren’t bringing food.
What to bring:
- Varsity players: Pasta and bread
- JV players: Salad, side dish or dessert
- B-Squad players: Drinks
Still looking for volunteers — Super Soccer Saturday is THIS week (September 13)
Are you able to cover a volunteer shift before or after your player’s game? About half of the volunteer shifts are still open . We especially need help during the girls and boys varsity games, but there are slots available throughout the day. If you have a player on the B-Squad or JV teams, please consider signing up for a shift during one of the varsity games so varsity families can watch their players’ games.
We also ask each player & family to donate beverages (Coke products, water, bubbly water or Gatorade) for concession sales. Please drop off beverage donations at the SHS stadium on Friday, 9/12 between 3:30 and 5pm.

Super Soccer Saturday is THIS week (September 13). Our opponent this year is the Richfield Spartans, and each of our teams will play a game in the SHS Stadium.
Boys B-Squad: 9 am
Girls JV: 11 am
Boys JV: 1 pm
Senior girls recognition event: 2:30 pm
Girls Varsity: 3 pm
Senior boys recognition event: 4:30
Boys Varsity: 5 pm
Families are invited to come onto the field with their players during the senior recognition ceremonies.

We have a week left in our Schoolfundr fundraiser . We have already raised more than $6,300. Let’s get the rest of the way to our goal of $8,000!
It’s not too late to share information about the fundraiser with family, friends, coworkers and neighbors. You or your player can promote the fundraiser on social media, by email or by text. Many players have set up their own pages on Schoolfundr and can share those links. We have a new partnership with local business St. Mane Sporting Goods this year for Tigers merchandise. Check out the online team store for long- and short-sleeved tees, hoodies, and warm-up jackets. Turnaround time should be much quicker than in the past!
New players will get a free quarter zip warm-up from the Boosters, but everyone — players and fans — is welcome to order from the team store.

Everyone is welcome to our annual Pasta Party on Friday, September 12th from 6 to 8 pm! Players from all teams and their families (parents, caregivers, siblings) are invited to join us for a meal and team building before Super Saturday Football. Dinner will be held at Corcoran Park, in the park building (3334 20th Ave S).
