3. Do you have a current physical on file with MPS?
If your last physical was more than 36 months ago, you will need to complete one before the season. Tigers, you will not be allowed to try out on August 14 if you have not completed this as part of your registration.
The great news is that you can do this FREE at the South School Based Clinic, which is open this summer. Stop by after Captains’ Practices–they take walk-ins. See the flyer/QR code for more details.
4. Do you know how to register for South Soccer?
Once you have your physical completed, you can register for the season and pay the $75 fee online. Click HERE to start the process.
If you aren’t able to register online, you can do it in person at South’s Fall Sports Registration Night on August 9th, 6-7:30pm in the South High Commons OR you can print the materials and turn them into South’s Athletic Director, Amy Cardarelle (amy.cardarelle@mpls.k12.mn.us) prior to tryouts.

IT’S TIME TO ROUND UP RAFFLE DONATIONS!!
Do you know any businesses/organizations that would donate goods to this major fundraiser for South Soccer? We especially are looking for GRAND PRIZES — ideally one each to be drawn during the Boys and Girls Varsity games. Past grand prizes include a stand up paddleboard, Mississippi kayak tour, Loons tickets, Aurora tickets. Other ideas?
Some businesses need 6-8 weeks lead time and/or a donation letter.
